The bidding application of 22nd APFCP + 16th ASSR 2029 Congress

Thank you so much for your support to the activity of APFCP.
We officially start to accept a bidding request of APFCP congress president for 2029.
If you would like to propose to convene it, please contact to us by 30 Nov
2024 by E-mail (mail address: apfcp@streams.co.jp).
In that case you are required to state your full name, contact address, 
the society, the country and rough date.   

Presentation of convene will be performed at the Council meeting of APFCP
2025 in Malaysia.
 (Tentative schedule)
Council meeting: 14 Feb. 2025
Venue: Sabah International Convention Centre, Sabah, Malaysia.
Presentation time: 3 minutes for each country

If a candidate country has promotional material for the other countries, please send the data to the APFCP Office in PDF format by 10 Jan, 2025. 
However, the promotional material must be approximately 200 words. Video is not permitted. 
Please note that if the promotional material is not received by the deadline, or if the data exceeds the allowance, it cannot be accepted.

Voting would be in February after APFCP 2025.
